Called on Wednesday to book an appointment for Good Friday (explicitly asking if they were open on that day). They said they were and booked my appointment. I show up on Friday and they’re closed! Called a few times, waited for half an hour, but no luck!
Highly recommend Neti, great service and very professional. If you're looking for someone to look after your hair, they got it on lock. I'll definitely be back.

Had an appointment booked for 11:00 19th which I had taken the day off work for,arrived for my appointment and the salon was closed. Waited around for about 30 mins before leaving. Have called the salon multiple times and left messages with no replies. Just hoping everyone is ok
Average customer service. It took her 6 hours to do my hair. She used cheap products on my hair. It's orange not blonde as I asked for. Overpriced for the final result
I am very happy with my haircut from here, The hairdresser was extremely friendly and I am definitely coming back here for a colour.
