Absolutely loved my experience here. They graciously fit me in at the last minute for a wedding and worked pure magic—my hair looked gorgeous all day and all night. Every staff member (particularly Emily and Zoe) was warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Five stars without hesitation.
I have been here many times either for ball, haircuts, or hair colour and all experiences have been amazing. Emily is great at knowing exactly what you want and doing an amazing job on your hair. Highly recommend!
I saw Maddy here for a hair transformation and she did not disappoint. Maddy took the time to really make sure I was completely happy with my hair, plus she and the rest of the team were all so lovely it made getting my haircut feel like a treat. Thanks to Exile for the hair rescue today! In desperate need of a hair colour and cut and had no idea what I wanted. Chatted with 2 stylists who got me sorted! Ming has the best hands for Shampoo / Massage (also heard he is excellent for cuts and styles too). I was booked with Morry today who did a really good job! So happy with my new colour and style. Salon was perfectly clean and everyone was paying attention to their clients, lots of happy chatter and attention nice range of staff to pick from. Already booked to go back!

Amazing service by Jenaiya! Very transparent about pricing & how light I can go with no bleach - walked out of that salon feeling very confident! Thank you also to the ladies with their assistance in styling and colouring and also to Kerry who gave great advice on aftercare and offered a shower cap. Defs my new go to!! 10/10!
Went in with virgin brown hair and came out with this. They can tell me that “becoming blonde is a process” all they like but I didn’t realise this process included zero blending, patches, banding (overlapping bleach) and multiple tones (it shouldn’t). I’ve had this assessed by two other hair stylists who agreed it’s a shocking job and the only way to fix it is to completely bleach my hair, which is going to be incredibly damaging and costly. At least they provided me with a partial refund I guess.
