Had an ankle injury and wanted treatment close to home. Alan was thorough, professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. Ankle feels much stronger. Troy is awesome too. Will be my go to physio/acupunturist.
For years, I was dealing with constant headaches, rarely going more than two weeks without one. Since starting treatment with Troy and Alan, I’ve gone nearly three months without a single headache. Their work has been outstanding, and I genuinely recommend them to anyone looking for real results.
Can't cheat this physio!!! Alan tests your strength and movement before clearing you ..easy stretches to take away to help strengthen as well. Troy gives greatest massages, if you like deep tissue and the acupuncture must be wonderful as I napped every time.
I recently injured my back & went to see Al & the team at Westside physio. I was super impressed with the experience. Al is clearly very knowledgeable & I felt that he took the time to really understand the root cause of the problem. I felt relief after the first session & he also gave me exercises to help strengthen & stretch the area. I haven't tried the acupuncture yet but I've heard good things so it's definitely on my list! In summary, a fantastic experience & I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a good physio!
I have had a run of bad luck with multiple injuries Alan is very intelligent with his knowledge of the body and takes the time to learn your history. I highly recommend visiting him if others have failed you. Troy has also been a great help with acupuncture to help my recovery keeping me mobile and active.

This place is AWESOME!!! Alan is an expert at healing shoulder injuries n pain. He’s the only Physio that has been able to help me from my many years of shoulder pain. Acupuncture and cupping from Troy is fabulous, a one stop shop to healing!! They are both friendly, knowledgeable and make you comfortable when in their care. A great little ‘homely’ setup- I’m recommending to everyone I know. Two thumbs up from me!!!
I've worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer specialising in rehabilitation, posture and strength training for over 12-years, I've also personally had multiple injuries in my life and I can confidently say that Alan is the best Physiotherapist I've ever worked with. He's always friendly, professional and welcoming, but his knowledge, assessment, manual therapy and understanding of exercise / strength training really sets him apart from other physiotherapists. He's been able to diagnose and treat an injury that I have battled with for years that no other practitioner has ever been able to resolve. I have referred multiple clients to him to help with their injuries and he has successfully helped all of them and they have all been impressed with his abilities. I cannot recommend him enough.
I have been seeing Alan for years, as he is very experienced in my sport, I feel this makes him an even better physio, as he knows how hard I push my body and informs me how to best get quality performance in my sport. I have started seeing Troy more recently, and wasn't too sure about acupuncture as I'd had it previously and not noticed a difference. After one session with Troy, my injury significantly improved. And she gives the best massages! Both Troy and Alan treat more than just the injury, and often give great advice on how to avoid injuries in future. Could not recommend them both more :)
