   It's the only place I'll ever go to. Chathu is an expert. She has done my eyebrows and hair for a good year now, and I haven't once betrayed her because she is that good. She's so good at what she does, I've sent her 7 new clients, most of whom were strangers who loved Chathus work on my eyebrows and hair. She is attentive and delivers results. She is friendly, and many of her clients have followed her from when she used to be at Dominion Rd, all the way to Mangere Bridge now. Don't walk, RUN to this place. You won't ever regret it.

   (If I could rate 0 I would) She did my girlfriends hair a few days ago or so and she came back in tears at how badly her hair was butchered in the haircut and proceeded to try and charge her $185 for “colouring” her hair when she put a few small foils in with the same colour as she had - it looked the exact same. She tried to tell her to bring cash for a “discount” too. As well as racist comments that made her uncomfortable. To follow this service she made her blow dry her own hair because she charges an extra $40 for blow drying on top of the $230 she was already paying, what a scam! PLEASE NEVER GO TO HER!

   Was told to not wash my hair bc the hair would fall out I didn’t however my real hair is ripping out along with the extension and the glue is ruining my hair , WASNT told any of this when I got it done had to figure it out for myself

   I went to have a hair cut and my eyebrows shaped. please don't go there if you expect a nice hair cut. She is so un-professional. I asked for a shoulder length and what I got was neck level and my hair is an Asian frizzy curly hair... And its horrible. She did the cutting in 10 minutes. And the eye brows we're okayish...and I forgot to mention. In the sign board it is said 25$ per cut, and when she started the cutting she said " darling I charge 30$ now" . Amount was not a point for me as if you give a quality service we can pay you any amount.

   I'm from the UK and always had my eyebrows done really good back home. Came to Auckland start of 2017 and couldn't find anywhere I really liked doing my eyebrows. Tried on & off - so expensive and always thinned out my eyebrows. Eventually someone recommend me Chathu Hair Beauty & Elegance, I have never had my eyebrows done so well before!! and also for $6!!! Girls (and boys) if you want your eyebrows done really good but also affordable, this place is THE place to go!
