Friendly staff who are helpful but not overbearing which I really appreciate. Didn’t have what I wanted in stock so they couriered it over from another store and it was there within hours. Then went above and beyond to customise the jewellery to how I wanted it. Highly recommend!

Honest review I took my engagement ring to be downsized and they done a pretty good job. They removed the engraving and the hallmark which is not a huge deal to me, what bothered me is I asked for the gold to be returned because it was a huge downsize and was at least a gram of 18ct gold. The store clerk then argued with me and tried to tell me it was 9ct secondhand gold and worth only $20 maybe she thought I was dumb. She did try rectify the situation but the jeweller had already lost it. I paid $65 which is really cheap but my advice to anyone reading this is if you have something precious to you pay more money to get the job done perfectly elsewhere. This is a good place to go for cheap repairs. I would of been happy if my gold was returned.
Awesome customer service :) I always leave the shop feeling very happy weather I bought something or not. The boxing day was a steal! I called in and Krystal was very helpful. I was able to buy my necklace I have wanted for awhile. Krystal was super super accommodating. Great atmosphere and the staff there are so helpful!
Excellent service, no passive pressure like other high street retailers. Also, it was the best value in the market. The ring looks amazing!!
Libby and the team from Stonz are absolutely incredible. They were able to create my wedding ring from a family heirloom in the quickest turnaround after a nightmare experience with another jeweller. They have such amazing communication and care and I could not recommend these guys enough. They truly do look after you.
My partner and I chose a beautiful engagement ring from the team at Pukekohe Stonz and they couldn't have been more helpful. My farmer boyfriend is not the most comfortable in a jewellery store but the ladies really helped put him at ease and dare I say it even enjoy the experience! When my partner went back to buy the ring behind my back the ladies were so stoked for him and they sent him off with the perfect ring and a bottle of champagne to celebrate.
