I bought 10 packs of top soil, three of them were just a water. The business didn't want to return themoney or provide a discount. Really upsetting.
I wish to convey my thanks to the Albany branch staff for their professionalism and service they gave me last week for my delivery of scoria,dainage hose and stocking. They made this a easy process over the phone ,pricing delivery and charges as well as the puntuality of delivery. I do use landscape supplies always for this sort of products but as a private buyer only once or twice yearly.

Excellent customer service and attitude. A man who speaks Mandarin provided good service! Despite the fact that he was the only one at the counter and that other customers were waiting, he served me patiently.
Absolutely hopeless service. Guy didn’t even have a clue how many bags of stones I would need for the area I measured. When I unloaded the bags they were old and all green inside. Two bags fell apart when I was carrying them down my path. Massive pile to scoop up and move. Been going there for many years. Last time I went service was also hopeless. Not sure why I returned but that is certainly the last time.
