   Updated. While our initial experience was amazing. The leak persisted and despite multiple calls to the bot who answers their phone, we have not been able to get a reply. So disappointing to leave a client with an active leak over the holidays and no way to get in touch. Original review from Dec 23: So appreciate Jake! He was so efficient and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

   very pleased with service from Plumbquick. They were quick, responding quicker than I expected. They quickly established the problems with the drainage issue I had, then quickly set about resolving them. In two days the issues were resolved although the work was difficult, they then sent their invoice which was more acceptable than that which I expected. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

   Response team was great and with booking a plumber to come out. But unfortunately didn’t appreciate the plumber who came in swearing the whole time, he also left his rubbish in my house and our driveway including his coffee cups etc, he also stole our hose attachments. Was not impressed

   I have been using Plumbquick for many years for 2 properties and always request Nathan for the jobs. The most recent job was the replacement of a kitchen tap in a rental. As usual he was on time and efficient. He is very knowledgeable of product options that are cost effective and practical. He is reliable and leaves the site tidy and clean.
