Always an amazing experience with Ranjana and her staff, experts in facial massage, and I always feel so relaxed and good after their services, very good in eyebrows wax or threading, waxing as I am a regular for this, 10/10

Very poor customer service . The lady who did the waxing almost burnt my upper lip .If you want professional service do not go there. Seems very unskilled .
I was not too sure if I was over priced for just a haircut and blow dry maybe because I was new I don’t know , but I am definitely going in to get a refund cos now that I’ve straighten it sooo uneven and one side is longer than the other and I paid $75 for a hair cut asked for it to be straighten and he didn’t some blow drying method I wasn’t impressed but I had to sound like I liked it but it was horrible I don’t like it and can’t get my hair back. My cousin hairdresser experienced but was busy couldn’t do mine said I was way over priced for just a hair cut no wash no straighten….
