   If you are looking to buy a new bit of sim magic hardware in New Zealand I would strongly recommend speaking to Alastair Wootten at Fastmasters (assuming you are in New Zealand of course). The customer service was top notch as I’ve come to expect from the sim racing community. Alastair suggested a GT PRO Hub mated to the GT1-R rim instead of just the Gt1-R wheel to specifically meet our needs, as well as an Alpha Mini for our first DD. Left Tuesday Afternoon and arrived on the other side of the country on Thursday. Great Product, service etc. Note simblacks are also really great if you are in NZ, (I bought Heusinkvelds from them.).    Perhaps you need to purchase a full rig set-up to get the good service from these guys? Days turn into weeks wait for basic technical support, no one answering phones, and no call-backs when promised. I immediately got the help I needed from a US supplier that I had never purchased from. Just another example of sim suppliers flogging gear and zero attention to after sales service. I just gave up. Will be buying wheel & base direct rather than relying on (amateur) local resellers.

   Fastmaster supplied me with a new simulator rig recently and I am blown away by the quality and support from these guys to ensure I was looked after throughout the whole process. Very sharp rates compared to the market out there for some very high quality sim gear, extra bits thrown in to assist with the build and instant support via call/text at anytime of the day/night to ensure I was happy. When buying off this sort of supplier and you get treated in this sort of way it gives you total piece of mind if anything ever happens in the future that the support will be there and when needed. A massive thanks to Alister and the team! I will be back one day soon for some more of their premium sim add-on and look forward to dealing with Fastmaster again! Cannot believe the final product, it is an absolute rig!!!
