   I use firewood to warm my house for the last nine years. I have been getting firewood from few other places before- it was all good. But after I got a firewood from Red Star Timbers I can say how good the firewood is and how good the service is. Great quality firewood. Majority of the mix is average and large gum pieces cut for the urban fireplace or fireburner. There is small amount of kindling and smaller pieces that makes it a perfect mix when you prepare for the cold night. There is also a kindling in large bags- it is so good and cheaper when you compare volume and price with other shops. The service and delivery is great. Everything, all the details about good supplied clearly explained. Careful delivery. Oleg even managed to move a large cubic meter bag in the garage. Thank you for that. I can now relax.    Brought decking timber from them ment to be premium deck ready and was rough uneven widths and thickness and splits. To top it off there delivery driver put a hole in my driveway and took out my fence when leaving. They said I could return at my own cost after I paid 400 for delivery and only offered 100 for damages. They reckon it was my fault they broke there wing mirror what they didn't even clean up the broken glass...

   This is the WORST firewood I've ever bought or seen. RUDE service and rubbish wood. Just lots of teeny tiny pieces. Many pieces of firewood are the size of a small matchbox - others are just a shaving of wood. The majority are so small they make kindling look impressive. I will stay warm from jumping up to reload the fire every five minutes but not from the heat generated from the fire. Out of 3m3 that was delivered there were only 6 pieces of firewood that were of reasonable size - 99% is total rubbish. Go to another merchant.

   Terrible quality wood! damaged my drive way! then wouldn't pay for repairs or give any compensation. Would not recommend!!!!!(and was incredibly rude) would give 0 stars if I could.
