I find that this is a very good supermarket located in the center of Grey Lynn. They offer excellent service, and some of their products are quite affordable.
Lovely staff and service team, fresh products and freezing drink is the one I enjoy most! Make sure you walk in and turn left to check all different fridge. I do love the vape shop as well by many different brands!
Dela is an actual delight. We have catch-ups every couple of days when I drop in. Her and her team are always so friendly and welcoming. It's a real community vibe. Parking and opening hours are an extra bonus.
This place is an absolute gem, and so is Dela, who you'll find with a big smile when she welcomes you in. Richmond Road Superette has everything you need, a huge variety of items with the added convenience of being situated on Richmond Road. I would highly recommend making this your local, and even if you're not wanting to get anything, go and have a chat with Dela, you won't regret it!
Best dairy in Grey Lynn! Dela has kept the dairy stocked full of everything we need and more during lockdown. Such a life saver when we couldn’t get supermarket deliveries for days. Great range of vegetarian frozen foods, organic snacks, international foods like Korean noodle bowls and Indian curry packs.
A big shout out to Dela and the team at Richmond Rd Superette. It is a brilliant dairy and I continue to be impressed with the wide range of product stocked. Yesterday I went in looking for Christmas fruit mince having not been able to get it from Countdown or Farro and sure enough Dela had it in stock. This happens a lot. And also an acknowledgement about the fact that Dela remained open throughout the lockdowns even when she was feeling particularly anxious about her own wellbeing and that of her children. This dairy has the most friendly atmosphere! The lady who owns the dairy is so kind and always chats to me and my friends about what is happening with us, and how things are getting on. She has the cutest puppy also who comes out to play every now and then! Would highly recommend making it your local, 10/10
I went to Richmond Road Superette the other day and can I just say I am really glad their down my street. This superette has basically everything, they have vegan items (fortunate for me), a variety of products, clean store and the service is incredible. The ladies are very welcoming and friendly. I would totally recommend going there or using this superette as your convenient store.
