   New management sucks. No more 24/7 shop, they close at "10pm" (usually gone before 10), and the new self serve petrol kiosk is the worst I've used at ANY petrol station across the country. It won't let you put fuel in your car unless you have a minimum of $150 on your card, unlike EVERY other self-serve pump, where to can choose the desired amount before it charges your card. If you don't have $150+ in your card account, and you want to put just $50 in, too bad... And to make it even worse, one of the "new guys" was standing at the till tonight (9:56pm) and completely ignored me. I knocked, he turned around and looked at me, proceeded to shut down the till and then walk off and close the building. There was someone else working there too. Both of them left me standing there, unserved, BEFORE CLOSING TIME, and shut the shop without saying a word. The guy who was standing at the till only spoke after he had locked the door, walking to his car and said "sorry, closed"... I've been using this petrol station for years, I rarely fill up anywhere else as I'm local and only put 98 in my cars, so I'm really disappointed in the changes that have been made here. The service I received tonight was just plain rude and unprofessional.

   The prices here are insane….. $2.92 for 91 at this BP and $2.61 at pak n save with a shopping barcode that comes on the receipt.

   Stopped for coffee and bought some white chocolate macadamia biscuits. When we took it out of the bag it felt wet. Looked and tasted like it was only half baked. Not a good experience at BP.

   I over heard a conversation between my boy and Mitchell walking him through a job application he applied for . What an outstanding guy!!! Thank you so much Mitchell. You didn't dismiss him but took your time and gave him encouragement. Thanks the kind of manager more should be like. Top Guy.

   Went to fuel up here and was not sure if it was a self serve or pay inside. So I asked the lady who was cleaning out the bins. And she was very rude and unhelpful. I'm sorry but your staff should be able to answer politely and show a friendly face. Would not stop here again as fueling up is already such a burden, I wouldn't want to be faced with an unfriendly face too. :(

   The BP station is all in one spot destination for many travellers. The petrol station has everything you need, along with Cafe Bean, Other snacks, car wash and clean public toilets. The location is also very convenient for everyone.
