   My daughter has been attending BestStart Avondale since she was 6 months old, and it has been an incredibly positive journey for both of us. From day one, she felt happy and comfortable in the environment, and over time, I’ve seen her grow into a confident, independent little girl who loves learning and exploring new things. The team at BestStart Avondale is truly wonderful. A special thank you to Shona, Beaula, Kavitha, and the new teacher (whose name I haven’t caught yet) — each of you has shown genuine care, kindness, and professionalism. It's clear that the children are not just looked after but truly cared for and supported in their development. I’ve also noticed how the centre continues to improve — the playground has been upgraded, and resources are always being refreshed and replenished, which shows the centre’s commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment. Overall, I’m very happy with the care and education my daughter receives at BestStart Avondale. It’s a safe, nurturing, and inspiring place for little ones to grow.

   We are so grateful to have our son at BestStart Avondale. It is truly the best daycare. He has learned so much here and has grown in confidence, creativity, and imagination through the wide range of fun activities and carefully planned holiday programs. The teachers are absolutely amazing, caring, supportive, and always encouraging children to do their best. Because of them, my son is now ready to start primary school with a very positive attitude. The centre also has wonderful office staff and administration who are always welcoming and very flexible with time changes, which makes it so much easy for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our child’s early learning journey. Highly recommend BestStart Avondale to every parent.

   My son has been attending this daycare since he was 1 year old, and he just turned 3 — that’s two full years of love, care, and guidance from the amazing team here. Kavitha and her staff do a fantastic job looking after the kids, creating a safe and nurturing environment every single day. Over these two years, I’ve seen my son grow, learn, and become more confident under their supervision. The teachers are patient, attentive, and genuinely care about the children’s development. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place where their child will be cared for and supported like family.

   My Son has attended First Steps since he was 6 months old, he is now 18 months old. He loves his teachers and friends and they equally adore him. I am always kept well informed of his progress and feel very happy leaving him in the care of all the wonderful teachers who make it feel like home.

   Two of my children attending first steps Avondale. Nice cosy centre with lots of parking...Very nice and safe outdoor area for children to explore... Friendly and caring teachers.... Well resourced with quality toys and furniture.... affordable rates in a nice location.....my children are happy to come to school everyday and are happy at the drop off time.... what else I want..........I am very happy with the service I am receiving....
