   I visited to collect antibiotics for my daughter. The retail staff left the medication on the counter without greeting me or offering any explanation on how to use it. She didn’t mention that it needed to be refrigerated either. Her behaviour was quite rude and unprofessional.

   Checked online & found that I could have my blood pressure done for free at a unichem outlet - apparently, Papatoetoe unchem charged me $5, so for those of you who are unaware, it is NOT free.

   Staff is great. BUT don't bother, they have $5 FEE on EVERY single ITEM on the prescription! Drive to Chemist Warehouse and you're still better off.

   Amazing experience, the customer service at papatoetoe unichem is amazing, the lady that works there was amazing, helped me with my sons medicines, I was telling her about my experience at my previous doctors, so she suggested the health hub doctors, so enrolled the same day got an appointment same day. So a big thank you to her. Sorry I didn't get her name.

   I received a phone call in the morning telling me to pick up the medicine at 3pm. I arrived on time, there was no one at the drugstore, and a middle-aged man come out and told me I wasn't ready. I was asked to pick it up at 4pm. When I arrived at 4pm, the drugstore was still empty. The middle-aged man told me to get ready, and I waited. I waited thirty minutes before they gave me the medicine. His work is very bad and he lies.
