This clearly a business not a health service, the manager made that very clear. One thing to remember though, is that 'patients need patience' and understanding. We make mistakes, but so do you and there's no harm in acknowledging this. The frontline staff and chemists are pleasant and try to help.

I believe this pharmacy needs to take more responsibility when it comes to keeping essential items in stock. Please consider improving this, or it may be better to reconsider operations.

Never answer the phone, for context I have been calling the last 2 hours trying to get someone to pick up. Never have the medication i need in stock even though I go in the same time every month. Would not recommend as they don't care
Been on the phone for 20 mins and no answer so called tabtest and the lady had a look for me said the phone was ringing and they just weren't answering it everytime i go here its an issue like they never have the meds even after I've told them multiple times to stock them they're my local and i come every month and can't go without the meds yet they persist on being useless
This used to be an excellent pharmacy with amazing and attentive experience staff. Now it seems it is under new younger "could not care less" team. They do not answer the phone, would not admit if they made the mistake, don't look you in the eye to say thank you. You are lucky that you still have business because the clinic is still next door. Please bring the warmth and great service to this place again.
