   The place was good and the person who did the keratin was sweet,friendly and professional.But it was not at all effective.Within a day my hair was back to normal as a rough and frizzy hair.It felt like nothing was done.The hair looked the same like before taking the service.Waste of money.

   I had the lovely Maddy as my stylist and what can I say she was incredible! Shes such a talented woman. I am so happy with how much my hair turned out. Overall my experience at Biba was very welcoming and the environment is very relaxing. Definitely would recommend this place and stylist to anybody!

   I had my hair done by Jamie, a 2nd-year apprentice, and I am so impressed! She was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was after. The end result was absolutely beautiful, you’d never guess she’s still in training. Jamie has a natural talent and a great eye for detail. Thank you so much for the amazing service and care. I’ll definitely be back, highly recommend! X

   I booked an appointment here because I wanted a complex men’s hair cut, something with layers not your ordinary barber’s cut. I showed pictures to the stylist, explaining what I wanted and then I left it up to him, trusting that he knows what he’s doing. He proceeded to hack at my hair with a razor for an hour giving me the worst and most expensive haircut I have ever received. It looks nothing like the pictures I showed, it cost me $95 and the stylist was aggressive and rushing, not paying attention to the shape of my face and how the hair works with it. Worst of all, it is so short, I have to wear a hat all the time and wait for months to let it grow out to fix this mess. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

   Biba is a beautiful salon with a really nice vibe. Libby was absolutely lovely and made the experience very enjoyable, she did a great job with my keratin treatment and trim. Phoebe was excellent also with helping organise my appointment. I will definitely be coming back and have already recommended the salon to others!

   Never again. For $305, i look like a tiger. 2 months ago I got my hair colored and I'm still waiting for the toner to work. No amount of washes have helped. I went to my appointment with a photo of what I wanted, warm caramel and hazelnut highlights to give some dimension to my untouched, rich dark brunette hair. The stylist said no problem she will make it look natural and sun-kissed- perfect. She came out with one colour, so much for my photo, but who am I to question the professional,put a toner in, rinsed and blow dried. I was gobsmacked at what was done. I had gold stripes on my head. I was in such shock I convinced myself the toner she had put in would surely tone down to harsh contrast but no. 2 months later I still look like a tiger. I never wear my hair out anymore because I am so self conscious. It's straw like, not supple, no matter what I do. $305! What a waste.
