After not receiving a response to two voicemail messages - i have to say I was extremely disappointed in the response I received visiting this salon for the first time explaining that "I had called but had not received a return call. I went on to explain that i was returning to work & really needed my hair sorted within a week. Colour,cut blow dry. Also wanted a long term go to hairdresser as we had recently relocated." The response was "I didnt receive your messages. (Strange) I'm fully booked for the next 3x weeks and have a very busy schedule with my kids... I can book you in....August" I had hoped since I was a new, potentially long term client that the owner would make an adjustment to her time but no attempt was made to help. Upon my departure to look for another hair stylist....the comment was made to me that "most people come back and are prepared to wait for her..." Really? 3+ weeks plus. In other words appointments are made according to what is convenient for the hair stylist and not the client as well. I've worked with the public many years & was shocked at this attitude. The good news is I've since found a friendly, excellent hair stylist & I am extremely to give her my hard earned money instead.
