Awesome service, and one of the brothers there hooked us up with a box when we got some beautiful CJs Hangis (yum as).
My partner bought some food today from here on his lunch break and took a bite out of not just undercooked but a piece of completely raw chicken. He took the food back in to where it was purchased and the man at the counter whom he bought it from showed very little sympathy and instead of immediately apologizing like he should have, he pulled out a thermometer to check the temperatureβ¦ as if anyone with two working eyes couldnβt see that the chicken was so undercooked it was practically still laying eggs. so insane dude. the guy tried to then only offer a refund for the chicken, his argument being that the chips were already half eaten. In cases like this considering how unsafe and how sick you can get from even just a single bite, refunding the entire meal should be the bare minimum no questions asked. He ended up getting the entire thing refunded but i just think that the situation and the way it was handled afterwards was completely not okay.
Great customer service (and smoothies). I came a bit late as the store was closing so I walked away but the guy called me in taking the time to make a smoothie which I think he's gotten used to me getting. Could've just kept finishing closing up. It's the little things :)

Fantastic fruit and veggies, awesome fruit ice cream and yoghurt, really good array of other grocery items. Looking forward to when they start selling coffee on site. Definitely recommend!
Great value, always has amazing mushrooms and corriander for weekend brunches. Some produce 1/2 of the supermarket price. Friendly owner. Love this place.
Love to support local. This store is always clean, great deals on good produce. I have been told their fresh fruit ice creams are amazing, but being dairy free I'm unable to say personally. Please drop in and help keep these store open well into the future.
Fantastic informative and helpful staff, only place in upper hutt that sells zooganic milk or any organic stuff, and it's reasonably priced. Amazing selections of rubs spices for marinades, and fresh spices in good amounts. Awesome selection of vegetables and fruit, and they sometimes can get stuff for you if you ask. Sell kombucha also! Eco cleaning products... Very clean and bright premises... Very much recommend it for a visit, or to buy veggies each week... I do.... I Love fruit and veggies and am very fussy.
