Food was excellent great value for money. Cabinet food and lunch menu available. Service a bit slow. Lovely atmosphere as you could actually talk and hear your friends eventhough it was busy. Booked a table for 6 and was ready when we arrived. Some on site parking but lots on street parking available

Yummy food (my favourite is the great value equinox breakfast) and the best service from two of the loveliest people. Lyly and Nick are a local couple raising their young family here in Upper Hutt and juggling a fantastic business too. Make sure you support them if you’re in the area - you won’t regret it. They welcome everyone like their family, serve great coffee and delicious food. Love Equinox Cafe!
