It had paint marks all over it, and they removed every single one — it honestly looks brand new again. They also gave the inside a complete clean, and the result was spotless.    VIP Car Care were amazing. Highly recommend them for professional Car Detailing in Auckland! We hired a not so great fence painter who scattered black stain all over our neighbours car. We tried another car detailer to remove the paint with a cut n polish - they failed and said no we would need a full re-paint....(that would cost thousands) This was average advice at best as we then took the car to VIP care care who got it all out and made the car look brand new again. I'm so stoked with the outcome. If anyone is reading this - Don't use a cowboy just use the true professionals that know what they are doing and will treat your car as their own. Thank you so much!!

   Quite disappointed about the recent clean job done for my car after reading so many good reviews posted here. Carpet still smells mouldy like off milk after 2 cleans being done. Paint retouch was done very rough and not looking good. Also felt like I have been overcharged as paying $500 for a small problem promised to be fixed. Now the problem still exists and I need to go elsewhere to fix it. Only good uptake is the customer service was good with friendly staff.

   I have the option of cleaning my car myself or letting them do it whilst I pop into Bunnings or onsite cafe. If I do it myself there's no need anymore of adding in dollar coins or tokens, just tap my card for a maximum of $15 and if I don't take the allotted 15 mins it debits just for the time used, brilliant!

   Cant recommend VIP Car Care Hobsonville services enough. My car that covered with mud, dirt, dog fur and dust needed a good massive wash. Sonia and her team work my car and it came back to me looking like its a brand new car. The attention to detail is next level with the team covering every corner and every inch of the car. Highly highly recommend their services. I will definitely be back
