   Kapiti motors always manage to fit my work van in and get it ready back on the road very quickly and the lady at the front desk and the mechanics are always polite and friendly and informative. They clearly understand how important it is for my van to be on the road running well and in good order for my business.    Been taking our car to Kapiti Motors for several years now. Dean is one of the "old school" mechanics. Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. We had our car booked in for a service but Dean had noticed that two of our tyres were not up to scratch and warned us NOT to travel on it as it was quite likely to blow. We were travelling to Tauranga the next day. He pays attention to every detail. So very grateful that we were advised before our long trip. Thank u Dean, Donna and the Kapiti Motors crew!

   The best service I've ever had from an Auto shop! Dean took on the big job of replacing my whole motor after diagnosing that my original motor was shot. I got the car back in no time and it runs like new. A few small new issues did pop up afterwards and Dean was quick to get them sorted for me at no charge. He even picked me up to save me the walk to collect my car when it was done! Thank you for going above and beyond, Dean and Donna. You will definitely be my regular from now on!

   Got my van serviced here. Donna was great at providing quotes and making the appointment, I was able to take it the next day. The team were relaxed and friendly. Donna even came to pick me up to take me back to the garage after they were finished. The only thing I would recommend is to call customers about extra work done. There was an issue which needed fixing and rather than calling me about it I only found out when I got the invoice. It was only an extra 50 dollars but I would have preferred to know beforehand about any extra work being done, they could have called me as other garages have done. Apart from that, all was well and I would definitely go there again if in the area. The full service was also a good price and was finished in a few hours.

   Most excellent garage, you will not find better on the Coast. Has been my garage of choice for more than ten years. Great service, good advise, coffee included, or drive you back home/ shops.Dean and his staff are reliable, and are good at their job. If you have not used them, give them a try, you wont be disappointed .
