I am still waiting for a call back ove 2 lousy large drinks that were wrong its been gling on to 9 days and no answer to the number listed wont be supporting there buisness
Nice refreshing drinks menu. Staff needs customer service and actual job training. Was waiting for my order for more than 10 minutes because they were trying to fix the lid seal machine. And then the next order presented was the one after mine. When asked if they just skipped my order, they only shrugged their shoulder saying that it's coming up, and using the machine breakdown as excuse. Machine breakdown has nothing to do with them not doing the order on a first come first serve basis. Plus they were chatting with their acquaintance while fixing the machine, making the actual work even slower and apparently also distracted them as the acquaintance got their drink before I do, when I ordered way before them. Very bad service.
Staff were too busy on their phones to make/take my order. Stood trying to place my order for 5 minutes on the machine and asked for help numerous times as "the printer was empty" meanwhile the staff ignored me for their phones. Eventually my partner ordered in which the Staff then spent another 5 minutes on their phone before preparing my drink. The drink I received was cold although I specifically ordered a hot Mocha. Not to mention nobody was ordering and it was just me and my partner.
Ordered online for 4x drinks. When arrived not a single straw was given. This is the most stupid thing ive seen. We had to pour our bubble tea out of the cup and it ruined the whole experience. Workers need to have more attention to detail. Its like eating at a restaurant and u order hot food and waiters dont give u nothing to eat it with and expect u to eat with ur hands. Atleast there u can ask but a delivery order u cant so they should be more careful.
The service was speedy and efficient. Despite being by herself and being busy, she was calm and there was no rush to order. I had never had bubble tea but it was delicious. Definitely recommend!!!
Around 3:45pm today 18 July, I ordered X2 bubble tea in the app. As I was waiting for my order, I saw that they were having an opening promo (two for one). I approached the lady at the counter and kindly asked about the promo as I have paid online already. She then told me to just make another order so I went to queue. When it was my turn, I politely asked the younger staff about how I ordered online and wasn't able to get the promo so I was just asking for the x2 free bubble tea. She then told me that I was just getting x1. She then asked what I liked. I stepped back and asked the group I was with and they confirmed that if you buy 1 you get another 1 for free. So I approached the younger staff again and politely told her that I have paid for X2 bubble tea so I should have X2 free. She then rudely told me to "wait 'coz I need to take orders to those in the queue", despite being in the queue myself. I stood there patiently waiting for her to get back to me until she finally asked me if I just wanted the same order. I told others that I'm not EVER going back there again. That was a horrible customer service.
