I'm not normally one to complain but I am absolutely at my whits end with this place. I know it's covid and Auckland has been in level 4 lockdown but if you are still selling online then you should be checking your emails and responding to paying customers. I have now emailed you 5 times over the last seven days about my order and I have received no response. This is absolutely appalling and I would never ever shop with you again.
