   Their so called "experienced and trusted" tradesmen is a big joke! 2 years still waiting for the certificate of guarantee for the bathroom renovation done by their tradesmen FIXPRO . No communication at all until now after being informed their renovation job caused us close to 3 months not using the shower due to leak. Escalate to Tradeskills but no luck.

   Doesn't even warrant one star. They did our bathroom and deck. Grout and silicone in bathroom was full of holes, had to ask them several times to come and fix it. They did such a half-arsed job each time that I ended up fixing the rest of the bathroom myself. They put the deck planks on top of rotting jousts, even though I asked them to check as they went. Their fix of this left gouges and splinters sticking up out of the wood and they still didn't check all the joists. Still not happy with the finished result but I couldn't be bothered dealing with them anymore.
