   We are new to the rental business and are first time landlords as well. Understandably we were wary, worried, concerned and unaware of so many things about rental properties. We sought out and looked for a rental property agent who will be a true partner to us and not just see us as a "job" and we found that and much much more with Jonathan Lyons. They have great taste if there is need to rent furniture from them. They are very well connected with corporate clientele.    Jonathan has been excellent to work with. We live out of town and needed help to find new tenants and he went above and beyond to help us, including organising and coordinating suppliers to come into the property to get it ready for our new tenants, finding the new tenants and doing all the required checks and contracts. He had a proactive approach, thinking of all the steps ahead of us and communicating well throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Vic Road Property Management. I've been in service based industries most of my career and his service is the definition of what excellent service actually looks and feels like.
