   My order was running incredibly late. They tried to call me while I was at work, couldn't respond, so I emailed back. They said my payment didn't appear in their account. I sent a screenshot, saying that I paid via credit card, and that it was peculiar, I'd talk to my bank about that, seeing it went out of my account THAT day. Quick response: "It's here now!" Unfortunately, I needed the item ordered a few days prior and had already organised stock elsewhere, so I requested a refund. Subsequent comms: an automated email saying they sent my item. There are so many things I here I don't feel great about now. The lateness, the payment portal not registering my payment, the delay in everything, but then quickly sending the item, the moment I ask for a refund - none of this sits right with me. Edit: Emailing more explained to me that they a) don't know how to use their e-commerce platform (Shopify) and that they don't check their emails very often, as per their own explanation. Would avoid ordering from them, not great.
