We recently needed to urgently order some kitchen equipment. Archant were brilliant - very quick and efficient (and friendly!). We received our order early the next day which meant that our kitchen installer could continue without delay. I highly recommend Archant
High efficiency. The goods arrived the next day, and I live on a different island. The phone call I had was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company. However, I now have to return the two smallest of the nine handles. There is a $9.50 restocking fee. I've never heard of a fee like that before. Takes off a third of the refund.That's disappointing.
Incredibly disappointed that the Vercelli Top Brushed Brass part #1276 doesn't come in that colour!! This is a very specific look and you only stock 3/4 colours. Not good enough in my opinion! Regards Gary Perrin, Sockburn Joinery PM

I had a specific enquiry regarding low pressure taps with a pull out spray. The person did not know so she made the effort to check it out with the company professionals & came Back to me with the answer. She was lovely to deal with and thorough. I appreciated the support etc

Awful customer service and delivery. Placed a special order for their porcelain product for a client. Was given an 8 week ETA that the product would arrive in the country in writing. It actually turned up 5 weeks later and the sales Director Sefton told me that he found the 5 week delay "within tolerance". Unfortunately for our client this meant that the November kitchen install date had to be moved to late January. Then to top this all off, when the porcelain tops were installed they were two completely different colours. Something we never come across when using decent brands. This is what happens when you use cheap Chinese product. We are now waiting to remake the entire if this splashback for the second time. No one from Archant has reached out or offered an apology to our clients for the ordeal. I ordered handles from them 10 days ago and they are still working out how to send this order to me. Will be advising all my clients of the service when they choose anything from Archant.
