   They delivered the wrong order, and when I called them about it they told me I'd have to order again but they'd refund me. Well, it took a whole month, multiple calls, and an in-store visit to get my refund. They were so dismissive - telling me to "be patient" - yet they didn't refund me for 4 whole weeks. Absolutely dismal customer service. I hate to complain, but this place SUCKS.

   I should have checked reviews before ordering here. Picked up 2 pizzas, but it felt the weight of 1. I was disappointed before even opening the box. The topping was so thin, barely anything on them. So little topping there was no flavour. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from here

   Cant image there is a pizza thief at 2025 When I opened the pizza box, I noticed that one slice was already missing. This is unacceptable and concerning from a food safety perspective.

   Today at 12:16, I ordered a beef and onion pizza. Unfortunately, when I received and tasted it, the quality was very disappointing. In the past, my experiences at this pizza shop have been very good, but recently the quality seems to have declined. I hope this can be addressed, as I would like to continue being a customer.

   Pizza plank disappointing. I have ordered here in the past (pickup) and generally satisfied with the service and food. Today I saw the promotion for the pizza plank and decided to give it a go. I was in the mood for pepperoni but maybe not a full pizza. Promotional image shows full coverage pepperoni. I got maybe half that and a much flatter "plank". Huge expectation vs reality moment. Should've gone with a pizza.

   Young girl answered the phone twice, I kindly presented myself as an ex dominos employee and was just requesting an eta on delivery. With the most utter rudeness she did not provide a name for her self or an eta or respect that I have been within the same service as her. I hope the franchise owner sees this……… young girl and she is a ……. To every customer and she left my phone unanswered because it comes up as an employee with details…. Absolute B!

   Ordered a delivery and called to get an ETA but the girl who answered the phone was rude and told us it would show up when it would. Not good customer service at all. She shouldn’t be on the phone if she can’t respect customers.

   I rarely order pizza from dominos. But last night I ordered one pizza at around 9pm . we got a call at 11pm from dominos they said they are really behind and our order is gonna take another 30 40 mins. We ended up cancelling our order , ok I understand some days maybe very busy. My suggestion is if it's gonna take so long why placing the call after 2 hours rather that 30 minutes. Really unprofessional.

   Ordered online for pick up. Visited store and waited at counter, at least 3 staff members saw me and ignored me. Waited around 10 minutes expecting the staff would ask if I had an order. After getting frustrated, I looked into the kitchen area and saw an order ready and had to ask if that was my order, to which the staff member said oh yes. So if I hadn’t asked, I would have had to stand there for another 10 minutes or more asking why I was there. Customer service was abysmal, even a ‘hi how can I help’ would have helped get my order and I’d be on my way. Staff did no appear particularly busy. It’s a Monday.. 17th July, 6:40pm. I guess this is what you get for minimum wage.

   I will never ever order from this store again. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 showed up, said they'd be right back with the one they left at the store but never returned. When I called an hour later they promised a refund but that never came through either. We've had other issues with them in the past so I guess it's my fault for getting duped again. If you want cheap, luke warm carbs for dinner and you don't care how much of it turns up on your doorstep this is definitely the place for you.
