   I had a very disappointing experience with your salon. I originally booked a haircut appointment over the phone, but when I arrived, there was no booking under my name. The staff apologized but said they couldn’t help me and referred me to your Onehunga branch. I was booked there for 5 PM. When I arrived, they were busy, but I clearly said I wanted a full service — cut, wash, everything. They accepted me without mentioning they were closing soon. The service felt rushed and careless. When I got home, even my sister asked, “What kind of haircut is this?” I was extremely unhappy with the result, especially after being charged $79. I don’t feel the service I received was worth the price at all. Because of this experience, I will never return to this salon again. My sister and her friends, who were considering coming here, have also decided not to. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your booking system and customer service.

   I recently visited for a couple of treatments and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Shilpa did my eyebrows, and surprisingly, it was completely pain-free! She worked so carefully and precisely, gently shaping each brow with incredible attention. Sika did my hair botox treatment and the results were amazing. My hair is softer, shinier and much easier to manage now. Sika was calm, patient and attentive throughout, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time.

   I got henna brows & my eyelashes tinted. I was greeted by a lovely warm smile from Shilpa.I was really impressed by her wonderful customer service, due to short staffing she was the only one on but didn't show any stress & was lovely to all customers.She gave me honest advice of which colour shade to use for henna. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable.She also made sure I was happy with the shape of my brows. She was so gentle with my eyelashes during the removal of the tint. She is a very skilled therapist & I will definitely be returning.
