Pepe was a lovely, friendly and super helpfull host. She enabled a smooth handover of the motorhome and fixed an issue with a side windiw really fast. Britz as such is highly recommendable. We are more than happy with our vehicle.
Just a big thank you to Mele who introduced me to my van she was a joy, professional, knowledgeable, competent and local. Ps the 4 birth wanderer is fab too 11month old less than 20k miles on the clock auto reverse camera and lovely to drive. Ta Tim
Kia Ora Britz. For the amazing service, amazing sleep, the blankets and towels. I was very wowed by the customer service given to me by the female who attended to me from start to finish. We had a short wait for our RV but coffee is provided, free internet, comfy seating. The RV was just delightful and took my breath away. First time booking a camper and Ill do it all again. I took high road $0 excess and again was supplied everything with my vehicle. Seats, gas, shower instructions. The THL app helped us find what we needed. They offee free sim cards on arrival to setup data for travel. The camper linen is all tidy folded and clean. The beds and RV were amazing a polynesian woman served me and made my whole family feel at home. Ka pai to mahi e te iwi. Will return again soon
Thank you to everyone at BRITZ Nz for a great four week hire of our Fiat RV van we named Tilly. Whilst our departure was delayed at Christchurch we eventually got on the road for nearly a 5000km trip around the south island and then across on the ferry to the North Island ending in Auckland. Any refunds along the journey for Adblue and replacement items was quickly refunded by the service desk. The van was easy to drive and very comfortable with two longways single beds that converted to a double.
We rented a camper van for 2.5weeks, traveled all of the north island and had a wonderful time. The van had no problems, we did a mix of freedom camping and holiday parks. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that the power doesn't work when not hooked up to a power supply. The diesel heater still works though, so if traveling in the winter months, you won't completely freeze.
The rental was smooth and easy. Liz helped me a lot by walking me through the process and answering any questions I had. She is great! It set up the lovely vacation I had for my wife and twin toddlers. Be sure to watch the videos through the app, they are pretty helpful. It was my first time with a motorhome (driven some similar) and it went very well. She were able to point me to all the important bits and explain the policies too. So I went with the express drop off package for my own peace of mind. Plus they helped me get back to the airport on our way back. They really should get a 5pm "clean up shuttle" for last minute people going back to the airport.
We drove this Camper around the South Island and bought it across on the Interlander Ferry to the North Island. We did a lot of FREE CAMPING in it and had an absolutely amazing trip. It is like a house on wheels with everything you need. Staff were very helpful and easy to deal with
We hired a Britz RV for a 10-day trip around NZ's north island and had a great holiday. Traveling in the RV was one of the best ways to see parts of this beautiful country by road. We had no problems with the RV, it had everything we needed (including toilet and shower) and Britz staff were very easy to deal and friendly at the Auckland Airport site. Thanks Britz and thanks NZ, we'll definitely be back again to explore more of what NZ has to offer.
