   Excellent service from this place. Ordered a watch online, Seiko 5 Automatic with green dial. First off it was $150 cheaper than anywhere else advertised. Then it arrived only 2 days after ordering. Packaged excellently with good protection, no chance of getting damaged in transit. Watch is excellent, couldn’t ask for better. Would definitely shop here again, what a great service, thanks.

   Amazing service! Ordered the latest GBX-100 watch, they’re the only stockist to have the 2020 model in the country. Immediately received text messages confirming order and it arrived in my mailbox before I could track the package, during Xmas rush no less! They then honoured a free gift for pair of decent headphones, which I wasn’t even aware I was applicable for! Definitely buying from Broadway again.

   This beautiful shop in the Mangere town centre has a wonderful variety of watches and jewellery. It has a lovely interior design which convinces you that you are in heaven itself. Although the shop is but a bit claustrophobic, the beautiful faces of those employees make up for it. Normally I am a very harsh and impatient customer, but this shop was just something else. I would normally give this a 4 star rating, however due to the extremely exquisite customer service I received in store, along with the undying shine of the watch I had just gotten fixed, I had but no choice to give this store a perfect rating of 5 stars. All in all, I highly recommend this store to anyone, even if you aren't looking for jewellery.
