   I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your store in Mangere. The staff member's behavior was unacceptable, and I was shocked that you as the boss didn't take steps to address the issue when it happened. Instead, you're expecting us to come back and resolve the matter, which is unreasonable. As a business owner, it's essential to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for mistakes. Defending staff members who provide poor service can damage your reputation and drive away customers. Customers are the backbone of any business, and it's crucial to acknowledge their concerns and apologize when necessary. I'd like to clarify that my 11-month-old baby, who has had 8 teeth, should not have been an issue in purchasing the ice cream, especially if the sign stated "1 per person" without specifying age restrictions." The incident highlights the need for your staff to receive customer service training to handle situations calmly and professionally. Clear communication and a customer-centric approach can prevent similar issues in the future. Given the poor experience, I won't be returning to your store, and I'll advise my friends and family to do the same. The existing Google reviews and feedback from other customers suggest that as well. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your customer service because I have evidence and I will take this matter seriously and further.
