   I brought a spa from them a year ago at a spa expo, i was sold on the made in nz tub and Davey pump, but the service was fantastic, great communication with the wait times, we where on holiday when the spa was delivered, I chopped out space in the deck for it but I didn't quite chop out enough, the delivery guys where kind enough to pick up a saw and shave a bit off.. the plug had fallen in so my grandmother couldn't find it and there was a sparky there that arvo to solve the problem.. and they ran through the setup procedure over the phone with the old bird and she had it up and running (I don't know how they did that) and a year later I have had zero issues and have been thrashing it.. family spas have gone over and above.. I have just sold my house and the buyers wanted the spa pool, so I'm calling up to order another family spa after this.. 2023 update, bought a new bigger spa for the new house and a baby one for the batch, again great service, great product (no delaminating tubs with spa family unlike alpine ect..) and after a few years I still can't understand why you would buy another brand. I will never buy another brand spa

   Happy with the product but after sales service is really poor! Have had a few experiences now where it can take weeks to hear back from any communication, if at all. Dealing direct with Scott is only joy I've had in the past.

   I paid $1000 deposit at the home show in Hamilton 2019. Due to unforeseen circumstances (illness) we will not have an area for it to be placed for at least another year. I emailed the person who sent me the invoice 5 days after paying the deposit to let them know ny change of circumstances asking for my deposit to be returned. A week or so later I ccd in the salesperson on the business card...one of the brothers. I still have had no response. I will be taking legal action and or contacting Fair go. I dont recommend any one do businesse with this lot

   Very happy with our 'Everybody' pool which we bought at Field days several years ago. We like the basic simplicity of it, the colour (black) and the construction material. It's fairly quiet, well insulated and therefore economical to run. Seems to be unique among the majority of standard gaudy, slippery, multi jet offerings. Well done!
