Craig is a great electrician, but I haven't been able to organise a time with him to quote and do work, despite ringing a number of times and sending emails. A hour's notice that you can pop in just doesn't work for a busy family. In the end gave up and went elsewhere. New electrician, the same day, booked me in a time to do work. Much easier.
