Our kitchen cupboards and drawers are falling apart not even a year after install that took over 6 utterly painful months to do so. What a waste of 45k. Donβt recommend. Stay away. Far far away.
It's been 2 months since the kitchen was supposed to be in, it's still not finished, the fitment is terrible and inconsistent, I had to square a few things up myself since they were no where near, I have no idea what they are doing all day when they turn up, if they turn up. My partner made the mistake of paying them in full, so it seems they don't care now, very cheap fixings and cabinetry, and they have left an unsecured stone benchtop on our island with a huge overhang that my 2 yo daughter can pull onto herself, very unprofessional Edit: it's been about 3 months now, there is paint over spray on the benchtops they ruined our brand new microwave, which we couldn't replace with the exact model so they are refusing to pay for it, the cupboard and dishwasher are still not square to the bench, the panels below the benches are all flimsy and keep falling off. The extraction hood is off centre to the stove top, and they glued the corbells at an angle to make them fit which looks terrible, there is a gap behind the oven where there should be a piece of bench installed to account for the difference in width between bench and stove I have enlisted another company to come and rectify the issues as dealing with Jerry Kitchens is just too difficult, a kitchen should not take 1/4 of a year to install
