   Thank you to Andy Blackbourn for assisting us in the purchase of our kitchen cabinets. We removed decorative shelfs which serves little purpose in a kitchen (see photos) and replaced them with functional kitchen cabinets. The acrylic coating came out beautifully and measurements were precise. We installed them ourselves and were very happy with the design, capacity and the shelf arrangement. Hinges were very easy to adjust and the soft-close mechanism works really well. Highly recommend Peter Hay Kitchens.

   Morning Andy….apologies as I have been remiss in sending this email earlier… I just wanted to reach out and let you know what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with you on this project…..the end product was great quality, the fit was millimetre perfect and just the level of engagement and communication was outstanding throughout. I’m expecting the delivery of the benchtop via O’Briens any day now and then just tidying up and DONE! Anyway…like most companies, I’m sure you get plenty of complaints, so thought it was equally important to give positive feedback. It is sadly very rare to experience the level of service that you gave me, so THANK YOU and keep up the great work mate. YOU are a LEGEND!!    We love our Peter Hays Kitchen!! We ordered our cabinets online and they were more than what we expected. There was excellence service from Karl, as he helped us with our planning, colour, size and how to fit everything in perfectly. We received our cabinets assembled in careful packing with no damage at all and all we had to do is install them. The cupboards were made from strong, durable material with soft closing and they look fantastic when they are installed. I recommend Peter Hays Kitchens as they provide exceptional service, with the best quality product for a very affordable price.

   My plumber recommended going to Peter Hay as he has been dealing with them for a ling time and found them to have good quality and at reasonable prices. I purchased a laundry cabinet on line and picked up from the factory. While there we looked in at the factory shop and saw the very large range that they have there. Subsequently purchased a set of bathroom cabinets. The store supervisor said that if we had anything special we wanted they could possibly look at manufacture. From this information we contacted Karl the online manager and had a wall closet made to our dimensions and materials. They do not do installations so I did it myself. It came in kit set form as there was no room to move a built up unit in. Fitting was perfect and exactly matched the existing cabinetry. Next I ordered online a special bookcase/divider custom made with the materials we wanted from our outline drawings. Quality was excellent at a good price. Secure local packaging. Allow delivery about 1 month. Made prepayment on line with credit card in all cases. They contacted me by email when ready to pick up. Helpful staff with good attitude.
