Absolutely fantastic service from ByDezign. Arlene was extremely helpful when I called and gave me great advice. I then placed my order on a Mon morning and my table and chairs were delivered on the Tues afternoon. I couldn’t believe how quick that was! I’m delighted with my purchase and truly cannot speak highly enough about this company.

We love our new Komodo sofa. It was super easy to assemble & looks great in Adriatic Blue fabric with Antracite frame. It’s very comfortable. ByDezign were great to deal with timely response to my numerous emails. Once the order was placed it arrived in Queenstown in less than a week.

Couldn't have gone any smoother! Went to the warehouse / showroom, was well looked after and all questions answered. Ended up buying a 10 seater outdoor dining set, delivered early the very next day and all set up for me! Nothing better nor more can be said other than I wish ALL businesses worked this well and this smoothly. Well done!! Highly recommend.
A great range, loved the colour selection. Delivery delays (due to Covid-19 restrictions) were clearly communicated and the cat immediately approved our new setting
