   approximately 30 years ago my wife and I purchased about $6k of lounge furniture and a bedroom suite and various accessories from Bradfords. To put it briefly we had numerous problems with quality and lack of service including from the MD at the time. We resolved never to give them any more of our business. Just today we weakened and decided to give them another chance. We attempted to purchase an item we had seen on their Facebook online sale and which we had discussed with the salesperson in store 2 weeks ago. We were told that they had made a mistake with the pricing and it was now $400 more. There was absolutely no attempt to remedy the outcome of their mistake or recognise our good faith attempt to purchase the item. The salesperson lady who had only just joined Bradford was embarrassed and sought the support of her manager. His indifference and arrogance was beyond belief and almost confrontational. He contacted the MD whose attitude was equally non customer focussed. It is amazing that this business is still trading when our experience now on 2 out of 2 occasions and other reviews would indicate a complete indifference to the customer. We suggest people go elsewhere … we certainly will!!!

   From the moment I walked into the showroom, till pick up,received exceptional service. Shout out to Doug, when I was unable to take the sofa into the room, due to its size, he came home the same evening and helped me set up the sofa. He made it all so easy. Superb guy, exceptional service, great product. You don't get this level of excellent service anymore. Mind blowing!!! Definitely a place to be. Thank you Doug for your kindness.

   While the furniture is nice the service is really lacking, when you spend in excess of 6k free delivery shouldn't be a big deal but it is here and it dosnt happen.There is a real sense that their timetable for supply ( we waited 6 mths more or less) is doing you a real favor add to this no on line credit card facility and its just as well the stock is so good

   They have out dated furniture and the place looks tired. Their markup is huge, and trust me on this as I was an interior consultant here. They all want their 5% commission and they give 10% discounts out like candy. They’re able to do this because their mark up is huge, and they have “sales” all the time; so wait for them before buying anything. Much better to go to ECC, Matisse or King Living if you're looking for luxury end furniture. This place is run by old people who only see bottom lines and who's style is rather dated. Don't go here it's not worth your time!
