   I got what I needed but that's about it. No customer engagement, no ' Happy New Year', no nothing, which is a shame. I have had retail for 25 years and always engaged. It's how you get and retain customers. Perhaps the owners don't get this nor care. A cultural difference perhaps?? But sorry, won't be back. Will go to my local liquor shop in future where they are happy, chatty, and engaging.
