   Went in to buy pointe shoes that had been set aside for me. The fitter was busy with another customer but didn't even acknowledge me despite seeing me walk in and wait by the counter. I had to wait 10 minutes for her to say anything to me. I tried on the shoes and went to buy only for her to spend an age explaining sewing to the other customer (I understand the importance of this but with other customers waiting to just pay surely you'd ask the customer needing guidance to wait just one minute while you let someone just pay) then serve another lady before me despite me being next in the queue and just needing to pay. Really poor service.

   Uneducated pointe shoe fitting. These people really have no clue! My friends and I got together to buy pointe shoes for someones birthday and sent her here because this is a reputable shop with a long history of great service and great advice. Clearly, under new owners that has gone out the window. Unfortunately the shoes that our friend was fitted for don’t fit properly at all. She was led astray by an incompetent sales person who has no right to be working selling pointe shoes. This misadventure cost us $230 for naught. Stay away! Better to go to bloch in Australia, will be cheaper and save time compared with Dancers Wardrobe here in Auckland. To the owners: If you don’t want to totally destroy this shop’s reputation you urgently need to train your staff.

   Such grumpy, sarcastic lady helping with fitting the pointe shoes. Not helpful at all!! She ended up selling us both pairs with one lace inside the shoes. The shoes got damaged while trying to take the laces out. Will never be back!

   The sales lady with blond/brown hair was quite rude to my children. she was impatient and not willing to provide advice. She was replying to innocent questions with quite rude sarcastic replies.

   Great range and the staff are fantastic. Very kind and thoughtful. My oldest got the knee pads she needs and my youngest daughter is so so so happy with the adorable pink poodle which wasn't even for sale but the amazing lady who served us did a special deal as she knew how much it meant to her. Thanks again, you made our day.
