   The most important thing for me when choosing a broker has been someone that takes the time to actually understand who you are, what you do, and what you are trying to achieve. Paul has always taken the time to ensure that every detail of my policies is up to date and accurate, he identifies what the best solutions may be and provides all the required information to enable me to make the best decision for my family. Pauls approach of meeting for a relaxing coffee and simply outlining what he can do without a pressured sales mentality allowed me to take the time to fully understand what I needed. He was also able to suggest alternatives when I had a change of circumstances that meant I would be better of splitting policies between different companies as they each had their unique benefits. This type of industry knowledge is invaluable when such an important decision is at stake.
