I started going to CACI LH about 3yrs ago when I stopped taking the pill & got adult acne which really affected my self confidence as a property sales consultant & mature female adult. Olivia has assisted me throughout my journey which lasted about 6 months before my skin returned to normal & I decided to continue on a skin program for general skin well-being. I have been pleased with my skins health through regular treatments & guidance from Olivia. I’ve appreciated the way the clinic had to handle rebooking missed appointments due to lockdowns, maintained professionalism when they were probably really stressed & short-staffed. I thought about canceling my annual membership to focus on paying my mortgage but after weighing it up I realised that there is long-term value in continuing with my membership.
Excellent and professional service. I have been going to Caci for laser hair removal and have never had a bad experience. While their laser hair removal might seem pricey you get a guaranteed 5 extra sessions if more than the initial 8 are required. Highly recommend.
