    # Editing my review to provide an update based on the response the business provided: I have a handwritten note on a brochure from Maria clearly stating the offer was 8+2 sessions. This wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was the deal I was promised. The issue isn’t confusion, it’s that you didn’t honor what was agreed. That’s not just poor communication, it’s a lack of integrity in how you treat your customers. # Original review: In general, the laser hair removal service was fine and the staff were professional. However, I'm quite disappointed with how the package was handled. When I signed up, I was clearly told that if I paid upfront for all my sessions, I would receive 3 extra sessions at no cost at the end. I followed through and paid the full amount in advance, but toward the end of my treatments, they refused to honor that promise, saying I didn’t need the extra sessions because I had “good results.” That condition was never mentioned at the start, and I feel misled. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them because they didn't honor their own promises.

    Laser is painful there's no escaping that fact, but Dani is fab she's good at aiming the cold air blaster right where you need it and works so fast it's all over in a few minutes. The results are amazing too.
