    Worst experience ever! Refused to refund despite obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and then on top of that charged a restocking fee. Their stated policy: Product value $400 – $100 fee All seats – $250 fee When they finally agreed to refund, they still charged me $114.99 — more than the $100 stated for items over $400. Completely unacceptable and misleading! Wouldn’t recommended.
