   If I had read these reviews before visiting this shop, it would have been better, but unfortunately, I didn't. To the female staff member who turned her head away and made a frowning face when I showed you the Entertainment voucher today, Please consider dropping the Entertainment offer if you don't want customers to use the voucher. You ruined my mood with your unreasonable rudeness when I showed you my phone with the voucher. The food wasn't even good either. I will never return to your shop, but please remove the Entertainment offer before you ruin someone else’s mood.

   Absolutely unacceptable. I am furious about my experience here. The food was so unhygienic that I ended up with severe food poisoning — vomited over six times! It’s shocking that a business serving food can be this careless. This experience has completely destroyed my trust. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to think twice before eating here unless they fix their food safety standards immediately.

   Worst Sushi ever!! Paid $45 for 12 small pieces of dry old sushi and a drink. Customer service experience was quite rude too. Don't waste your money

   Ordered the pork donburi for dinner here on a weeknight and ate in the food court (was meeting a friend). The rice was a bit gluggy but it was an okay bowl. Portion size could've been better for the price especially as it was the end of the business day. You choose your protein and then other components and sauces. Not much ambience when you're in a food court but this is essentially food court dining if you order from here! Really nice staff.

   I ordered noodles at this restaurant today, but there is some rice stick in the bowl and mix with noodles, making me suspect they didn't washed from the last order. Even they made me a new one, but I still felt disgusted. I won't be coming back and do not recommend it due to hygiene issues.

   Yes it can eat. That's it. Poor services. Poker face women even don't speak a thanks. When I want some extra mayonnaise source the elder lady with poker face told me need $1 extra which just squeeze bit form the bottle. There is No clear sign show any info about extra fee for. Won't back any more.

   I was having a terrible time visiting Auckland until a bowel from here perked me up - an absolutely gorgeous spicy miso ramen with tofu. Silky smooth, packed with veg, and I could taste all the miso doing my gut good. Perfect spicy level for a hangover/bad day lunch - about a 6.5/10 spicy. You can add condiments to spice it up further.

   Sushi is fresh and delicious. We also tried their Monday special, which was so yum that we forgot to take a photo. The food is a bit pricy though.
