I have ordered coffee for dine in. The lady who was taking our order was so rude and she doesn't know what is customer service is. The way she was talking felt like yelling at ppl. She was stressing other staff as well. She doesnβt even know how to work under pressure. Never going here ever again.
Just want to say that today Thursday 7:30pm I had very bad customer experience. My daughter and I stood at the counter waited to take an order. Then sales person was very upset and rude speak to us. She was yelling to us about have here or take away. And then even break the cake which serviced to my daughter in front of us. As my daughter was there and I said nothing.
The staff were really nice but the blueberry muffin I ordered only had 4 blueberries on the top. A total disappointment and quite misleading.

Purchased a herbal tea and hot chocolate. The cups were dirty! I asked for another one fit the tea and she found it hard to find one. And the new one she gave me was dirty. I asked for cold water for the tea which was poured out of personal looking water bottle into a grossly dirty glass with cake and greasy finger marks on it. We left our drinks and walked off understanding why every other coffee/cake cafe in Queensgate was busier.
Muffin break is my favorite spot for a good coffee and a quick bite at the Queensgate mall. They serve a delightful spread of baked goodness including pies, rolls , and true to their name muffins. Ordered a combo of the savory feta/ spinach muffin and a vanilla flat white. It was Yumm. Staff were very friendly and service quick. Highly recommended.
