   There are mortgage brokers and then there’s a Ross. It’s very rare to find someone you’ve never met before so deeply invest themselves and genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals. It was very apparent right off the bat that Ross walked the walk and had countless years of knowledge and wisdom he was happy to share. He made us feel comfortable that no question was too dumb and he was always just a phone call away, the word approachable would be an understatement. The thing we most appreciate about Ross is he didn’t just throw a bunch of information at us, he spent the time to explain everything in simple ways so we’d understand them which allowed us to make our own educated decisions. We honestly can’t thank Ross enough, not only have we purchased the house of our dreams, we’ve walked away with an abundance of knowledge that will benefit us for a lifetime.    Ross navigated us into a mortgage that fitted our plans and means, and stuck with us to help again come time to re-fix. At the start, Ross took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve, and explained the details and peculiarities of different bank and deals - in language we could understand - until we found a good fit. He guided us through the sales contract period and ensured the lawyers and the banks all had the right info.
