   I never leave reviews, let alone a poor one. But this bouquet cost $85…. Hardly any flowers, hardly any foliage and very poorly presented. I’m sure that you have a thriving business with lots of happy customers! This was just my experience. $100 out and wishing i’d gone to get flowers from the dairy instead. Shipping was very quick which was great! But I’m beyond disappointed with this bouquet.

   Beautiful arrangement and very fast delivery- I ordered in the morning and it was dispatched shortly after. The blooms are all great quality and the variety is great. My mum loves it! I ordered the florists choice in Large with a vase, and there was a promotion of a free upgrade with a photo review. Size-wise it's hard to know if this is typical of an extra large but I think some extra blooms were added in compared to the pictures of the large you see on the website. Thank you to the team, and I will happily order from them again in the future.

   I ordered the rustic bouquet petit premium size for my mums birthday and the quality exceeded my expectations. The flower combos are creative and classy. The photos here don’t really do it justice but the bouquet was absolutely ginormous compared to my mum and it wasn’t even the biggest size. I was happy about that as I wanted her to feel special on her bday and she did. The photo of the flowers in the vase is 4 days old by that point and they still look just as amazing too.

The shop itself is stylish and welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Whether it’s for a gift, a special event, or just to brighten up your home, The Botanist never disappoints. Highly recommended!

   Used this boutique a few times. They offer variety of arrangements and can make something per your request. Some arrangements are very unique. Price is acceptable. I also like how they provide a water bag for their bouquets and making sure that the end of bouquets are very well wrapped in a wet tissue! It is very important especially in hot Auckland to ensure that your flowers will make it if you need to drive far.
