   Great store layout shelves and floor and very tidy.. I also enjoy coming coming here for their the decent range different virety types of food of gluten free, allergy free options they have available for a change to PAKNSAVE variety where I usually go

   Went to get some coleslaw, the lady put some in, weighed it, printed the sticker, then put the lid on, re weighed it with the extra weight of the lid and relabelled it. I checked the label and it was a different to the original weight so I called her out on it, and she tried to blame the label printer for not working, screwed up the old label so I couldn’t see, and eventually reprinted at the previous weight. She deliberately tried to scam me and got caught out. It’s a small weight difference but it’s the principle that matters here. How many other people get stung with that every day? Is this self directed or management directed. As if Woolworths doesn’t rake in enough money as it is. Absolutely pathetic.

   This is not my usual supermarket but I went there specially because this was the only supermarket I came across that stocked "Kindness shampoo" for delicates and woollens that smells nice and has the wool logo. This was recommended to me.

   On Monday the 3rd of July at approx 3pm I visited the St Johns Countdown to pick up some groceries for dinner. Upon checkout, I was served by the very gracious Alexander. This lovely gentleman served my mother and myself. Alexander made small talk, was friendly and efficient, however, he still took the time to quality check our produce (like looking for cracked eggs). Prior to making payment he asked both of us individually if there was anything else we needed. He is a customer service superstar. I really hope the management team reads this and promotes Alexander to a Managerial level role (before he gets scooped up by your opposition) it's people like him who should be training other people. He is an inspiration to everyone around him. If your planning your next weekly grocery shop, I highly recommend checking out St Johns Countdown and if you are lucky enough you might just get served by Alexander.

   Best Countdown by a quarter mile! Friendly staff, good range and clean store generally. Mostly can find what I need, or suitable alternatives. Better layout and setup that most other Countdowns too.

   Didn’t have a lot of fresh veggies when I went, and not much variety. Maybe went on a bad day. Nice clean store. Should get more carpet cleaning machines.
