   Onehunga Kindergarten has been an amazing place for our son. The teachers are incredibly caring and dedicated, providing a nurturing and fun learning environment. Our son loves coming to kindergarten and has made great progress socially and academically since starting. The play-based curriculum encourages creativity and problem-solving, and the outdoor space is perfect for kids to explore and connect with nature. The kindergarten also fosters a strong sense of community, with plenty of opportunities for parents to get involved. The staff truly care about each child’s development, helping them feel safe, confident, and supported. We’re so happy we chose Onehunga Kindergarten and highly recommend it to other families looking for a warm, welcoming place for their child to learn and grow.

   I have nothing but positive comments about Onehunga Kindergarten. It is such a wonderful, nurturing environment for children to explore and grow. My daughters loved the large play space, the gardening which they could be heavily involved with, the woodwork was a real highlight and something they still talk of often. The staff are incredibly caring and really tune into each child's individual needs. Our youngest daughter created a bug hotel from idea and draft design to end product which really spiked her interest in creating things from scratch. What a special place Onehunga Kindergarten is, in a wonderful community.

   All 3 of our kids have gone through Onehunga Kindergarten and they absolutely loved it. The outdoor space is huge for lots running, biking and fun. The teachers are really supportive and pick up on interests the kids have for their learning. Lots of families are local to the area so they go on to school with many of their friends. As a parent, when you pick up a happy and chatty child at the end of the day you know their day was super fun.

   Onehunga Kindy was amazing for our 4 yr old daughter. She grew in confidence, and had wonderful teachers who helped and nurtured her through her transition with starting this kindy and later into school. The playground was great and always a huge attraction for her! We will miss this kindy and community that it has.
